At the virtual airline, we understand that trust is the driving force behind our operations in the virtual skies. Our community brings together pilots and controllers from around the world, and with that, we assume the responsibility of protecting the personal information of each member, regardless of their country of residence.

This policy establishes the principles, rights and obligations that guide the processing of data within virtual airlines, in compliance with the main international regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the CCPA of the United States, the Federal Data Protection Act of Russia, the Cybersecurity and Personal Information Protection Act of China, the Personal Data Protection Act of Venezuela, as well as the local legislation of each country where our members participate.

GLOBAL REACH AND PRINCIPLE OF EQUITY

Our policy applies to all Aeropostal Virtual members, regardless of their geographical location. This means that:

- A pilot in Europe has the same rights of access, rectification and deletion as a pilot in Latin America.
- 2.
- A controller in Asia receives the same security guarantees as a member in North America.
- 3.
- Personal information is always treated under the principles of legality, transparency, proportionality and proactive responsibility.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY PERSONAL DATA?

In accordance with international standards, we consider personal data to be any information that can directly or indirectly identify an individual. This includes:

- Basic data: Name, email address, network identifiers (IVAO, VATSIM, POSCON).

- Technical data: IP address, connection logs, flight statistics, activity logs.

- Optional data: Profile information, event participation, communication preferences.

- Sensitive data: This data is not requested or processed by the virtual airline, unless required by law and always with explicit consent.

RIGHTS OF OUR MEMBERS

Each member of the virtual airline is guaranteed the following rights:
